UK's First Football Club Voiceweb Launched Broca Networks & Arsenal Broadband Launch Arsenal.Com VoiceWeb - The UK's First Football Club Voiceweb. Cambridge (UK) February 2002. Technical Information This service is built on top of Broca Networks VoiceWeb platform, which interprets VoiceXML pages (a voice equivalent of Web pages) and reads the information to the user.
