Design and Deployment

Our applications and services are totally platform independent enabling us to match the most appropriate technology to our customers’ requirements. The applications we build use industry leading speech technology to ensure that we deliver future proof, non-proprietary and robust speech services to our customers.

Once the project has been defined, the Broca Networks design team will select the most appropriate technology for successful delivery of the application. This technology choice is based not only on the complexity of the application but also any specific requirements for performance or scalability.

After the project plan has been constructed and agreed application design begins. This consists of careful call flow and dialogue design to deliver an intuitive and easy to use interface. Working closely with our customers we ensure that the dialogue and information contained in the call flow are the most appropriate to deliver the required results.

To optimise the speech application, the Dialogue is repeatedly analysed to refine and build coping strategies to deal with possible user misunderstandings.

Finally, a field trial is deployed with a test audience to gather statistics and refine the service - improving usability. The end result is a production quality system ready for deployment and 'real' use.
