Hosting and Maintenance

Our secure hosting environment allows customers to deploy speech driven applications without the upfront costs for computer hardware, telephony equipment and software licences, or for ongoing staff and support overheads.

The Hosting centre is a Telco and ISP independent service environment. We manage a dedicated hosting infrastructure with Tier 1 telephony, Internet and data connectivity. Our infrastructure is supported 24x7 and benefits from a fully resilient network with inbuilt redundancy and disaster recovery capability.

In addition to providing the secure infrastructure, Broca Networks supplies the computing power, telephony infrastructure, speech recognition and where necessary and appropriate the text to speech software, as well as full data recovery facilities. This allows our customers to deliver applications and services immediately and scale capacity as demand increases.

Broca Networks also offers hosting facilities for applications that have been designed by the customer or by third party developers.
